This bedroom is odd shaped, measuring 18' across the longest wall (with loveseat on it). The bookcase end is 12' wide.
This is a queen sized bed, against the wall.
As you can see, this little spot is perfect for a desk.
The area from the kids table, to the bulletin board wall is 7' wide, and from window, to opposite wall is 10' long.
All custom window treatments remain.
As with all the bedrooms, there is a walk-in closet, measuring 4'x4'.
