The view from the top.
The upstairs has it's own HVAC system, with programmable thermostat.
At the top of the stairs, we changed the main level floors to bamboo.
Since upstairs is the kid's space, we did this because bamboo is so durable.
As with the main level, this is the real stuff, that can be sanded and refinished several times.
The bamboo color is cinnamon.
To the right is the third upstairs bedroom, and the playrooms.
Go left and straight to bedrooms one and two.

I believe every upstairs room has cable jacks, and there are at least 3 phone jacks.
