Kitchen

The kitchen was renovated in 2008.  

The renovation was down to the studs in the wall, so everything is new.

All appliances are Frigidaire, and were bought new in 2008.

Kitchen measurement is 22.5'x12'.

The cabinet area is 12.5'x12, and the eating area is 10'x'12.

Back-splash is Travertine, as well as window framing. There are TWO dishwashers.

The fridge/freezer are actually 2 separate units, the trim kit makes them look like one piece.

Each side is 18 cubic feet.

Glass door cabinets (with lights) are on the end of the bar, over the fridge,

and on the end by the French doors.

There are 2 sets of drawers deep enough for pots.

The oven is electric, with warming drawer, the cook top is gas.

Plenty of under counter lighting all around.

Custom window treatments remain.

The eating area windows have a tinted commercial grade window film on them.
