The house was built in 1989. 

In the past 8 years, most of the house has been updated.

 In 2012: new roof, exterior paint, brick was lime-washed, new iron hand rails on stairs, new cedar shutters and porch beam, new front door and garage doors, and new gutters.

The above ground pool and privacy fencing was also added in 2012.

Above: there is an area in the driveway to hide the trashcan and generator.

Foyer

The foyer is 12' long, 7.5 feet wide where table is, and 4' wide where the closet is.

Black slate flooring, with medallion inserts, is laid on the diagonal.

Living Room---or dining room

The living room measures 13'x12' plus bay window area.

A thicker crown molding is in this room, and hand-scraped hardwood flooring.

 The original owner used this space as a formal dining room.

By simply changing out the chandelier; it could easily go back to a dining room.

Silk window treatments remain.

Kitchen

The kitchen was renovated in 2008.  

The renovation was down to the studs in the wall, so everything is new.

All appliances are Frigidaire, and were bought new in 2008.

Kitchen measurement is 22.5'x12'.

The cabinet area is 12.5'x12, and the eating area is 10'x'12.

Back-splash is Travertine, as well as window framing. There are TWO dishwashers.

The fridge/freezer are actually 2 separate units, the trim kit makes them look like one piece.

Each side is 18 cubic feet.

Glass door cabinets (with lights) are on the end of the bar, over the fridge,

and on the end by the French doors.

There are 2 sets of drawers deep enough for pots.

The oven is electric, with warming drawer, the cook top is gas.

Plenty of under counter lighting all around.

Custom window treatments remain.

The eating area windows have a tinted commercial grade window film on them. 

Den

The den measures 17'x15.5', and has hand-scraped hardwood flooring.  This view is from the kitchen.

The foyer is on the right, master bedroom straight ahead.

All other blinds in the house are 2" blinds, all will remain, as well as window treatments.

Door to right, leads to back yard.

We have hung an insulated curtain over the stairwell entrance.

It is just to help with the noise level in a houseful of kids.

42" Plasma TV remains (on heavy duty wall mount)

The linen closet is just between the master bedroom and den.

The half  bath is also between the master bedroom and den.

It measures 5'x5', and has slate flooring.

The laundry room is just off the kitchen, and measures 6'x8'.

It has porcelain tile flooring, and there is a window behind the shelves.

Master bed and bath

This room is 16.5'x11.5'.

Custom window valances remain.

The tub/shower, toilet area is 5'x6'.  Ceramic tub with tile surround.

Sink area is 10'x5'.

Walk-in closet is 4'x10'.
